Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope you had a great day, and ate plenty of food with your family. I spent the day watching the parade and getting some really good food with my family, all while being so cold my eyelashes frosted over.

Finally, we are in the Big Apple. As our journey is finally afoot, we decided to go to Ellis Island to fully get the "Coming to New York" experience.

Today was another day of traveling, however we had a great time stopping in the nations capital to walk around and see the monuments this great nation has to offer.
